Every attempt is made to only record public facts about PUBLIC figures without offense, drawing conclusions, or revealing private information not already available to the public.

The information is NOT being published, broadcast, promulgated, disseminated, posted, sent, or transmitted in any way.  In the same way that you can go to the library and choose any book to read, or dial a toll-free 900 phone number to listen to your favorite prerecorded messages, YOU have made an explicit request to access this private information.

You may NOT use the information or content for any purpose other than to educate yourself and others.  We will be happy to correct or remove any errors of fact.

It is possible, although not guaranteed, that comments may be seen once or twice a year.  Respectful, coherent, and/or informative ones (from authorized guests) might not be deleted immediately. Polite requests and corrections will be considered.

Individuals or organizations who wish to distance themselves from bigoted hate-groups that threaten the public safety should withdraw their support in the same public forums in which they previously endorsed them,  and perhaps ask for contrition from their followers and all Americans for their premature and ignorant endorsement of hateful and violent extremists.

In any case, we would be happy to correct or remove any inaccurate, misleading, or offensive pictures, postings, or comments: not because of baseless Muslim threats, but in the interest of truth – and when we feel like it!

New England Town Crier has been registered as a trademark. The combined use of the four words “New England Town Crier” may not be used by any other organization, commercial enterprise, political forum, media outlet, PMS support group, greeting card company, or funeral home.

Any attempted future use of the term “New England Town Crier” from this notification constitutes theft of intellectual property. This refers explicitly to any and all obvious infringements like “The New England Town Crier”,  “New England’s Town Crier”, or any other subtle variants with the same implication. Violations will be monitored and enforced.
